At JustImagine AI, we are committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how we store and process it, and your rights concerning your personal data. By downloading, accessing or using the JustImagine AI mobile application, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
🔒 Biometric Safeguard: We process face uploads dynamically to validate poses and lighting. All temporary user uploaded images are encrypted during transit and deleted permanently within 24 hours of successful AI model generation.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum amount of user data required to offer a seamless, high-quality experience:
- Account Details: When you register or login via Google, Apple or email, we save your name, email address, profile picture and unique client ID.
- Photo & Face Data: To perform AI photo transformations, you upload portrait photos. We extract metadata to analyze pose validation, lighting quality, and obstruction states.
- Transaction Records: We store basic transaction records (package purchased, price, transaction state, payment ID, and currency) to grant purchase credits. All transactions are securely routed through authorized third-party gateways (Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or Razorpay).
- Device Details & Advertising IDs: Basic operating system, device model, language, and mobile identifiers (like Apple's IDFA and Google's Advertising ID) are collected for performance optimization and ad personalization.
3. AI Models and Generation Processing
To produce high-quality stylized avatars and themed portraits, we utilize state-of-the-art latent diffusion models, specifically Stable Diffusion and Flux.1 models. Face images uploaded by the user are only analyzed to extract features needed for mapping styles and personalizing the portrait. We do not use your private images or biometric data to train our core AI models.
4. Third-Party Integrations (AdMob & Firebase)
We work with trusted third-party providers to maintain app performance, analyze user behavior, and serve advertisements:
- Google Firebase: We utilize Firebase SDKs (including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging) to track application crashes, analyze feature engagement, and deliver credit campaigns or transaction notifications.
- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to deliver interstitial, rewarded video, and banner ads. AdMob collects device tracking IDs (AAID/IDFA) to serve personalized or contextual ads. We comply with Google's Consent SDK requirements for European Economic Area (EEA) and UK users.
5. Data Storage and Retention
We adhere to strict data minimization principles:
- Temporary AI Uploads: Photos uploaded for face validation and generation are automatically purged from our cloud servers within 24 hours of successful generation.
- Permanent Account Data: Your email, name, transaction ledger, and credit balance are retained as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, this data is anonymized or immediately purged from our active systems.
6. Security & International Data Transfers
We secure your personal information using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption during transmission. Our database servers are hosted in secure enterprise clouds with firewalls, access keys, and regular security audits. Any data transferred internationally is guarded under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent protection.
